Hello & welcome!

I have spent two decades working in nonprofits serving youth and families, getting hands-on with the inner workings of organizational operations. If you’re wondering if it’s as glamorous as it seems, I can tell you that that’s a trick question because the work is pretty much invisible to the outside world and most people don’t even know it’s happening.

The administrative and support structures behind the scenes are the unsung heroes that enable organizations to provide transformative programs in our communities. I love helping teams hone their communications, both internal and external, to help people understand the work and their connection to it.

I have my Masters in Social Work and an Editing Certificate from the University of Washington, and I bring my backgrounds in nonprofits, social sciences, education, and the arts to editing for precision, voice, and impact.
